I am a Mumma of two and a NanNan to one little precious gal. I have four fur kids and one exceptionally patient partner that is my biggest cheerleader!

I am a two-time bizzo owner, one of which is a 7 figure business and employs 15 staff. I enjoy the challenges and the thrills of being a business owner and feel most lit up when I am operating my businesses with a purposeful soul.

I am a hybrid therapist and often interchange between my modalities to shift with where my client's needs and desires are.

I am exceptionally multi-passionate and love to get fingers within many pies, sometimes too many, it is definitely one of my life lessons in understanding when my cup is running over!

Nature is my happy place, it's my medicine so I need to be in it and around it regularly.

People and the way the mind works are my jam, I love delving into all the layers, and going on an investigative journey!

I crave knowledge and love to study and research.

I'm a good balance of woo woo and analytical.

Life is hectic and full, and sometimes challenging, but I would not have it any other way!

Me

Curiosity runs through my veins, and my heart has always housed a bit of a rebel. Conformity was always a bit of a challenge and I was often found trying to buck the system. This natural urge in me has sometimes made for a life of hard lessons.

My righteousness for sovereignty along with my rebel spirit has taken me down paths that have been 'interesting', however, these lived experiences have also allowed me to discover some pretty cool things about parts of who I am. It seems I am resilient as heck and have a determination unmatched when it comes to going after what I want. I have also learned to surrender more when things are really tough and go within to find my unique resources. I have discovered I'm a solutions gal and handy in situations when it comes to getting stuff done.

It turns out that being curious has been the perfect attribute when it comes to my work and helping clients find what they are looking for within themselves.
